"What is your Aim?": The Biggest Question
"What is your Aim?" is the biggest question asked to everyone at some point in their life.
I 'm also facing the same questions as I am about to complete my class 12 whose exams were postponed due to Corona Virus(COVID-19) and I am searching for answers to this question since I was in school. But was not able to find the answer. In school, my aim was to become a CA but after doing some research on the current situation of CA after completing class 10 then I decided not to pursue CA. Then after collecting some information about the career options which a student should pursue and also more likely to develop soon. Then I came to a conclusion about my career choice and then decided to pursue IT. Well, I am not completely sure about this too😂 but to some extent, I am sure about this. Let's not talk about only myself, let's discuss as a whole, "what is the aim?".
The aim is something you are passionate about. But for most people, it is like a "Default Program in a program" which is fitted in our mind by our family members, parents, and other people. In most of the case, if you want to pursue other career options rather than medical, engineering, CSE, then they are not considered as good and safe career options. Like many families, if their child wants to pursue a career in the sports field, dancing, singing, etc and they are supported by their family members but not in every case. For much middle class, low class and even for few high-class families, their parents choose their child profession without even asking an opinion from his child about what he wants to pursue and because of that reason many children commit suicide😢 because they don't get a chance to pursue their own chosen profession about which they are passionate about.
Most parents deny their children's choice because think that their child is immature and has no idea about it. Parents think only about grades so that they can get better jobs in the future but many of them have no idea about what their child is capable of. Because a student is not able to score good grades or not find a good job then think that they are useless, worthless, etc and they take the wrong steps or chooses the wrong path after failing.
Parents should give their child some time and if they can do something great with their choice then support them in their career and if they are not then also support them and help them discover their passion. Just give them some time and they will be able to figure it out themselves and every profession is equally a great choice. Not everyone can pursue medical and become doctors, they might have something special about which they are also not aware of it. So parents should help them find their talent or something about which they are passionate.
Wow nicely written
