Nepotism: Is it Right or Wrong?
As we know if something has good sides then it has some bad sides too. A similar case is with Nepotism. Nepotism prevails in every part, every profession of the world directly or indirectly. It's good sometimes is bad. Nepotism upgrades and tries to help and solve their problem at any cost. It helps their people but it demotivates the people who are equally or more talented. More talented people compared to the nepotism product are deprived of their opportunity. The best example where nepotism is prevailing greatly is the Bollywood Film Industry. It has been the hot news of the day since the last few weeks. It all started with the death of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
